Exchange Policy


At NOV, we strive to ensure you receive a product that fully meets your expectations. We offer the option to exchange your product under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Timeframe:

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Products damaged due to misuse, custom orders, or perishable goods cannot be exchanged.

4. Exchange Process:

Contact us at nov@info.com or through customer service, providing your order number and reason for the exchange.

Upon approval, the product will be collected and inspected before sending the replacement.

5. Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
