At NOV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Timeframe:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, custom-made orders, or perishable goods are not eligible for a refund.

4. Process:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side or a defective product.
